I SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REPLY YET?

As a small team, we are working hard to get back to you as soon as possible and customer service is our priority. With our most recent restock/release and current world climate, please expect a response within 3-5 Business Days. If you are waiting for a response, please refrain from sending a follow up email as this will backlog and a response may take longer. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AN ORDER TO SHIP AFTER I PLACED IT?

Depending on the volume of orders, please check product description for shipping info. Otherwise, there is an expectancy of 14 Business Days for shipment. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Every order update will be through provided email. 

 

DOES CFW SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES! CFW ships worldwide. 

 

HOW CAN I GET HELP WITH SIZING?

Each item has a size guide under its description. If you need extra assistance, we are more than happy to assist you with any sizing questions, feel free to either email our customer service or DM our instagram @Constructedforwomen . 

 

I'VE RECEIVED MY TRACKING EMAIL BUT IT SAYS PRE-SHIPMENT, WHY?

Pre-shipment status does not mean fully shipped yet (dropped off), it means USPS or UPS has been notified for tracking number/shipping label. Each tracking will update when package has been fully shipped and picked up from our local USPS carriers. If your tracking number stays in pre-shipment longer then 5-7 business days (Excluding weekends), please notify us and we will assist this ASAP. 

 

DOES CFW EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT APPLY TO SWIMWEAR?

Due to hygiene purposes, our exchange/store credit policy does not apply to any swimwear/bodysuits. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Please ask any fitting questions before purchasing if needed.
